Job Description
As a VFX Producer, you will have a significant responsibility as you oversee entire projects from a managerial position. You will be involved from the beginning of the process, participating in early client discussions, bidding and shot breakdowns, all the way through to ensuring the final result is of high quality and delivered on time. Your ability to manage and coordinate all stages of the project, along with your attention to detail and technical expertise, will be essential to ensuring the project's success and client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsabilities
● Manage and oversee all aspects of VFX projects, from early client discussions to final delivery
● Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines and financial targets are met
● Collaborate closely with clients, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
● Evaluate project requirements and provide strategic recommendations to optimize workflow and production processes
● Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other external parties to ensure high-quality deliverables
● Track project progress and manage risks and issues as they arise
● Ensure all project documentation and deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations

Required Skills and Qualifications
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in VFX production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
● Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, artists, and other stakeholders
● Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improve production processes
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and issues as they arise
● Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
● Knowledge of the English language
● Good knowledge with spreadsheets (Google App)
● Knowledge of production tracking softwares (Ftrack)
● Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
